If you are in between band sizing, we recommend going with the size that you are most comfortable in ( band tighter or looser)
30        26.5" - 29"
   32          28.75" - 31.5"
   34        31.25" - 33.75"
 36        33.5" - 36.25"
38          36" - 38.5"
40      38.25" - 40.5" 
When in between cup sizes, for a non wired bra, our cups are stretchy and we recommend going to the smaller cup size.  For wired bra, we recommend going up to the larger cup size.
