What sizes do you offer?

We offer a wide range of custom sizes so we can create a Teekai bra just for you. This includes 32A-J, 34A-G, 36A-F, 38A-E, 40A-DD, 42A-D (based on North American sizing). If your size does not fall within this range, don't hesitate to reach out. We can help with measurements and explore whether or not we can create the perfect bra for you!

Please keep in mind, bras are complex garments, making the grading process that more important. The larger the cup size, the more important the support. As cup sizes increase, support becomes crucial not just in terms of width, but also through the height and depth measurements. We work with design, fabric, and grading differences to ensure we create the most supportive and beautiful garment that celebrates you! Our goal is to build an inclusive community through custom lingerie.
 
How do I place an order?  
 
To order your custom teekai bra or underwear, simply visit our Order Request page.  This form guides you through a series of questions that are required to place your order request. An additional comments box is included at the bottom of the form for which you may use to  communicate any supplementary sizing information or desired customizations that may not have been offered in the drop down menus.

We are currently working on offering you our most love designs in standardized sizes through instant purchase. Make sure to follow us on Instagram and join our mailing list to stay up-to-date on our favourite creations.

How do I know what size I am?
 
Determing your bra size can be difficult. Each brand uses different grading techniques and to make matters worse, there is no industry standard. That being said, you can provide us your exact measurements and we can convert them accordingly. To learn how to measure yourself, vist The Fit page. 

At Intimates by Teekai, we draft / cut and construct each bra ourselves, meaning we can adjust accordingly. If you notice you are in-between band sizes, or prefer your straps to be closer to the center of your back, we can easily make these changes for you.

Do you have a return policy? 

We want our clients to be happy, and comfortable. All our garments are made to order, and prefer measurements if you are unsure of your size.  If something isn't fitting right we try to make alterations and if needed, remake the garment free of charge. We do not offer full refunds due to the nature of our process.  In the extreme case the garments must be returned in original condition and unworn.

How long will my order take?

We currently quote 4 weeks from your order confirmation date. We personally hand-draft, cut and sew each and every Teekai item. 

How do I wash my Teekai intimates?

We always recommend hand washing with mild soap in tepid water. You may leave the garment to soak after rinsing and then lay flat to dry.   
 
How often should I wash my intimates?
 
The more frequent the better with bras! We recommend washing every 2-3 wears. This will ensure the elasticity and longevity of the bra. Body oils can break down the elastic. It is always best to have a good rotation of bras to better preserve your intimates. 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes. We deliver our products to Canadian addresses through Canada Post (please contact us if you live outside of Canada and wish to place an order). Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping at this time. Expedited shipping is $11 within Winnipeg, and $15 within Canada.

Where do you source your fabrics?
 
We have fostered relationships with many suppliers and manufactures based in Europe and Canada. We currently source our patterned flocked stretch mesh from a manufacturer in Italy. We also have a supplier in Canada who we source our elastics and other materials from. We are continuously searching for suppliers and manufactures that meet our quality standards.

Do you accept bulk orders?
